Who we are

We are Business Psychologists with a passion for helping you make the changes you want to see in the world

Our vision

We know that navigating change for any organisation can be hard, we want to strip out the jargon and help you to make the lasting changes you want to see in your workplace and in the world

Our mission

Our mission is simple: We want to change the conversation. Often even though we know things need to change, we lack the tools to make it happen in a sustainable way that brings the best out of people, that’s what we’re here for.

“Hannah changed the way we think about diversity and inclusion at a leadership level, she asked poignant questions at the right moment and delivered challenging and  interactive learning solutions which made us change the way we work across the whole organisation. We’re definitely more inclusive now that we’ve worked with Hannah.”

Director

Hi, I’m Hannah Jepson, and I wanted to tell you a little bit about what we do here at Engaging for Success. I’m a business psychologist, a mentor, an activist for social justice and a champion of diversity, equity and inclusion. My background is in organisational psychology so really what that means is that I’m interested in supporting people to become more effective in their roles and in organisations. Whether that’s through supporting one-on-one behaviour change; more widescale cultural shifts or indeed strategic transformation, I’m a deep believer in the human capacity for change and it’s that mindset that has driven all of the work I do.

Over the past few years at Engaging for Success there’s been a real focus on diversity, equity and inclusion work within organisations, whether that be training interventions, coaching and mentoring programmes, leadership development work, strategy reviews or broader consultancy. I’ve loved travelling the journey with organisations as they commit to being better and more inclusive for their employees, their clients, their customers and all other stakeholders.

Alongside the DEI work, I am also a specialist in assessment and selection and I’m often blending these two passions with organisations by supporting them to be more inclusive in their recruitment and selection processes. I also specialise in leadership development and work on programmes for people who are at that key transition point in their careers to equip them with the tools they need to accelerate to the next exciting chapter in their lives – I use my knowledge of Psychology to underpin all of the work that I do in this space.

I work across sectors and and my mission is simply to: Change the conversation, whether that is by bringing those who are in the margins into the centre and giving them a voice, or by providing that gentle challenge to those who can make change happen, or even if that’s by shining a light on conversations that perhaps a no longer relevant but are keeping people from making that shift, I’m there for all of those conversations.

If you think I might be able to help your organisation then please get in touch by using the form on the next page.
